  • Do you support the products you sell?
    Yes we provide all levels of support including helpdesk and online support as well as custome reports and direct interfaces to other business applications, ensuring you get the most out of your time and attendance management system.

  • Can I get on-site services for installation training and support if I wish?
    Yes you can. We have both online and onsite support (available at an hourly rate depending on your location).

  • Which Payroll systems can the software interface with?
    Our software interfaces with all payroll systems that have the ability to import time data.

  • Will I need to purchase a new PC or network?
    Our systems can run on just about all PC’s and LANs. Please ask our consultants if you’re not sure.

  • Can I have multiple locations running from the one version of the software?
    Yes you can. Our software can talk to a number of clocks in any different locations.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Our systems are usually dispatched to you within 2 working days of payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).

  • Can I use the system with an existing swipe card or fingerprint clock?
    Unfortunately not. All time and attendance use their own clocks with each software program written specifically for their data collection devices.

  • Do I get upgrades free?
    Yes you will be able to upgrade your software with new releases. You will have a customer details supplied and be able to download them straight from our customer login on our home page.

  • How many other people use the system?
    There are many thousands of users of the ENTERPRISE, SME, and LITE software around the world.
