About LITE Time & Attendance Management Software

Time & Access Systems’ LITE is an easy to use, yet powerful time and attendance management software solution that allows you to automate your company’s timekeeping and attendance tracking.   LITE completely eliminates paper timesheets, which are the root of most payroll nightmares!  Employees enter data through an electronic data collection terminal using magnetic stripe, bar code or biometric technology.   LITE collects these transactions and applies your pay rules automatically, impartially and consistently.

LITE’s reporting system provides you with the tools to better manage your labour force. A wide variety of reports are available to help you control unauthorised overtime, perform job costing, track employee status, monitor scheduling, track benefit administration and more.

LITE will poll the time clocks, process reports and even email them to supervisors. The optional Benefit Accrual Module allows you to define benefit accrual calculations that automatically update your employee’s accrual balances.

Eliminate Payday Panic by removing human errors from payroll, implementing your rounding rules, not your employees and accurately reporting workforce hours. With LITE you can reduce the amount of time spent preparing payroll.

Additional Options

On-Line PC-Based Time Clock: Allows employees to perform all normal time clock functions at their PC.

The LITE software will support up to 50 employees and 2 concurrent users.

Estimate Your Savings

Staff used to turn up around about starting time… if they were expected at 10am, they might arrive by 10.15 (but still write 10 on their timesheet).  Now, staff are seen running through the carpark to clock on at the correct time.
